About Hayati

Hayati — “my life” in Arabic — is a registered trade mark of PAX, with UK distribution run from Lancashire. The brand made its name in the big-puff era and became one of the most searched vape brands in Britain; when the single-use vape ban arrived on 1 June 2025, the range was re-engineered around rechargeable pod kits with replacement pods, which is the version sold today.

We are Hayati Vapes UK — Love Vaping Ltd, an independent authorised stockist trading from Preston, a few miles from the brand’s UK distribution. We are not PAX and we are not the brand owner: we are the specialist retailer that carries the entire UK range and nothing else. Every listing on this site is UK-notified stock bought through the authorised chain — no grey imports, no leftover single-use devices, no discontinued strengths.

Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is grey import. Stock sits in our own warehouse in Preston, which is why an order placed before 8pm goes out the same day.

Are Hayati vapes illegal?

No. The 2025 law banned single-use vapes — devices you throw away when they run out. Every Hayati kit sold today is rechargeable and takes replacement pods, each with its own coil, which is exactly what the regulations require. The single-use devices Hayati was known for before June 2025 are no longer sold; everything on this site is the current, UK-notified range.

Can I buy Hayati vape in the UK?

Yes — through authorised stockists, and we are one. Is Hayati a safe vape brand?

No vape is risk-free and nicotine is addictive — Hayati is for adults only. That said, every Hayati product sold legally in the UK is notified to the MHRA before sale under the TRPR: pods capped at 2ml, bottles at 10ml, nicotine at 20mg/ml, with ingredients and emissions data on file. Are Hayati vapes being banned?

No. The single-use vape ban already happened — 1 June 2025 — and the current range was rebuilt for it. There is no ban on rechargeable pod kits. Further rules under the Tobacco and Vapes Bill are expected to cover packaging, flavour descriptions and in-store displays rather than outlawing devices like these.

How long does a Hayati vape last?

By range, per pod: Pro Max S1 about 1,000 puffs, Mini Ultra 1,500, Pro Max Plus 6,000 across the pod and its refill, Rubik around 7,000, and Pro Ultra Plus up to 25,000 with twin-flavour switching. Real-world life depends on how long you draw; every device is rechargeable, so it is the pod you replace, not the device.

Can you refill a Hayati Pro Max?

The prefilled ranges — Pro Max Plus, Pro Ultra Plus, S1, Mini Ultra, Rubik — use sealed pods designed to be replaced, not refilled, and opening one usually wrecks the coil.
